Each sale is advertised using a variety of social media outlets featuring professionally staged photos of items with descriptions, with maps to the sale location, and contact information so that Cotton & Company can answer customer questions about your sale and items.
In addition to social media advertising, we will leverage estate sales networks, email campaigns and directional signage.
Prior to the sale, we will place directional signs in and around your neighborhood to capture the attention of prospective customers as they pass by.
During your sale, we accept all major credit cards, Cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay from our customers.
All sales transactions are recorded in a spreadsheet with item descriptions and the sold for price.
Upon the conclusion of your sale, you will receive a copy of spreadsheet within 3 days with a list of all items sold and receive payment within 10 days.
